Saucer Puddings

          Saucer Puddings

  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • Salt
  • 1/2 pint of milk, plus any flavouring
  • 1oz butter

Beat eggs, flour, salt and milk – add melted butter.

Divide batter and bake in 3 buttered saucers until brown and cooked.
