Saucer Puddings

- 3 tbsp flour
- Salt
- 1/2 pint of milk, plus any flavouring
- 1oz butter
Beat eggs, flour, salt and milk – add melted butter.
Divide batter and bake in 3 buttered saucers until brown and cooked.
